New things coming to my channel in 2021

Let me set the record straight: this is not a new years resolution. I don’t do new year’s resolutions. I make resolutions when I see the need to change any month of the year.

And now that editing from the 2020 wedding season (or what was left of it) is done, I’m focusing on my pivot, which starts on Jan 12, 2021.

Starting in January, I’ll be recommitting to my Youtube channel! For those of you who’ve known me long enough, you know I started my Conquering Ryan Youtube channel in 2018 in order to start the process of documenting my creative journey.

I mostly posted vlogs where I shared my perspectives on different ideas in the creative domain and I took you all behind the scenes of some of my shoots and event gigs.

I’m going to resume posting those vlogs this year (yay). However, in 2021 I want to focus more on creative educational content. This content will be tutorials focused on camera skills, editing skills and general tips for creatives. It’s time to give back.

I plan to mix in content for beginners all the way to more experienced creatives.

Since I’m going to continue sitting at home in the pandemic, it’s time to build something that will not only help me, but help others too.
